When Should I Walk or Run?

· Participants will have one week to Walk or Run 5K (3.1 miles) or 1 Mile. Walk or run anytime November 14 - November 21

· Join our Virtual Kickoff event on Zoom: Saturday, November 14 11 am-Noon
· Join our Virtual Wrap-up event: Saturday, November 21 11 am-Noon

Where should I Walk or Run?
· You can walk or run anywhere! Suggestions: Walk or Run on Moody Street, the Waltham Riverwalk, a local track, indoors on a treadmill, around your neighborhood, in your back yard or wherever you are!

· Visit Walthamlandtrust.org/trail-guides/ for maps of local walking trails or use USATF's route finder to find a route close to where you live: legacy.usatf.org/routes.

Who Should I Walk or Run with?
· Walk/Run on your own, with your family, or as part of a team
· Please wear a mask and follow Waltham Public Health, Massachusetts and CDC guidelines!

Is there a registration fee?
· No. Participants who donate or raise $25 or more will receive a T-Shirt! Family and friends can sponsor you.

Send us photos of you while walking or running and, with your permission, we'll post them on social media and show them during our wrap-up event! Click here to upload your photos or email them to jraymond@oppsforinclusion.org

Send us a photo of yourself at participating local restaurants and be entered into a raffle to win a restaurant gift card!
