At the Watch City Self Advocates meeting in April, Kelly Cronin, Community Relations Manager at Watertown Savings Bank (left), Kristina S. and Jessica C. pack up donated used cell phones to donate to military troops in the field.  Kelly and Dick Tartarczuk, Watertown Savings Bank CFO, gave a presentation on budgeting and savings at the meeting.
