Leadership Team

Gabriel Vonleh
Gabriel M. Vonleh, MHA,
Chief Executive Officer

After dedicating over 25 years of my professional experience within government and community health centers, my passion remains with members of our society who are intellectually and developmentally disabled. I believe that everyone must be given the opportunity to participate in their community and experience the fullness of life to the best of their ability. As the Chief Executive Officer, I am fully committed to bringing out the very best in all of our participants. A great community is one that includes all of its citizens. Everyone that works with us should expect to be dealt with in the spirit of respect, humility and dignity.

Leslie LeBlanc

Leslie LeBlanc,
Director of Employment, Community Based Day Supports and School to Work Transitions

It is my privilege and pleasure to work with and support the individuals we serve through the Employment, Community Based Day Supports and School to Work Transitions programs. Holding a job and earning a paycheck allows individuals to become more independent and self-sufficient. Volunteering in the community builds community connections and independence, and brings a sense of pride to those involved. School to Work Transitions, in collaboration with Waltham Public Schools, supports adolescents and young adults as they transition from school to work and productive life in the community. I am excited to be involved in these wonderful programs.
