Leadership Team

Mark Beaumont,
Interim President and Chief Executive Officer
It is a privilege to be working at Opportunities for Inclusion. I assumed leadership as Interim President and CEO of Opportunities for Inclusion in December 2024. I bring more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive successfully managing and leading in the non-profit and health management sector. Prior to my current role, I was the Executive Director of Operations and Personnel at OFI since 2021. During my tenure I led daily operational programmatic efforts for the organization helping to boost productivity and revenue.
Prior to joining OFI, I was a Life Sciences Clinical Operations Consultant and Strategist at Boston University. I led economic research projects studying the financial impact of the CARES Act, a $2.2 trillion economic stimulus plan, on providers and hospitals in response to the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the father of an adult son with autism, I understand the importance of creating opportunities of value where everyone can feel supported, regardless of a diagnosis of an intellectual, physical or developmental disability.

Shara Brummitt,
Interim Director of Programs
It is my privilege and pleasure to work with and support the individuals we serve through the Employment, Community Based Day Supports, Day Habilitation, and School to Work Transitions programs. Holding a job and earning a paycheck allows individuals to become more independent and self-sufficient. Volunteering in the community builds community connections and independence, and brings a sense of pride to those involved. School to Work Transitions, in collaboration with Waltham Public Schools, supports adolescents and young adults as they transition from school to work and productive life in the community. I am excited to be involved in these wonderful programs.
