Opportunities for Inclusion Will Be CLOSED Until Further Notice Due to Coronavirus Concerns. Our Adult Family Care (AFC) Program Continues to Operate by Telehealth Visits

Our Day, Employment and Recreation programs are CLOSED until further notice. Timeline and feasibility of reopening is being assessed based on state guidelines. Our primary concern is the safety of our participants and staff.

Our Adult Family Care (AFC) Program is open and continuing to operate by telehealth visits.
Administrative staff are available by phone during this time period.

This closure includes:

  • CBDS and Employment Programs (Group Supported Employment, Independent Supported Employment and School to Work Transitions) at 31 Woodland Road, Waltham
  • Day Habilitation Program at 56 Chestnut Street, Waltham
  • Recreation Program
