Opportunities for Inclusion held a Groundbreaking Event for our property at 46 Chestnut Street on December 13, 2023. OFI purchased the property in the summer of 2023 with the intention of renovating it to become a group residence and affordable housing for five individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Waltham Community Preservation Committee approved funding for renovations and an addition that will include five bedrooms and two full baths.
