Roberto Moran, OFI President and Chief Executive Officer

Siobhan O'Connell, Chair of Opportunities for Inclusion's Board of Directors, issued the following announcement on Monday, 1/5/26:

I am pleased to announce that Roberto Moran has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Opportunities for Inclusion. This selection follows an executive search conducted by the Board of Directors of Opportunities for Inclusion over the past several months to identify a permanent President and CEO.

Mark Beaumont, who served as Interim President and CEO since December 2024, will continue as OFI's Chief Operations and Personnel Officer.

Roberto brings over 20 years of executive leadership and operational experience in nonprofit and human services organizations. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Dedham Community House in Dedham, MA. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer at Volunteers of America in Boston and Vice President of Services for the Underserved in New York City.

You will have an opportunity to meet Roberto at our upcoming Annual Meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6 p.m. at our 56 Chestnut Street, Waltham facility. Additionally, in the coming weeks, we will schedule Open House events in Waltham and Medfield so that you can meet Roberto in person.
