Guidelines:
Please be advised that we have attendance requirements for each class. If the minimum number of students signed up is not met up to 24 hours prior to class you will be notified by email and given a choice of having your payment refunded or rescheduling your class.

Classes will be filled in the order of registration and will be closed on the website once the maximum number of students has been reached.

If a student needs to cancel his/her registration after it is made then he/she will be refunded the registration fee less a $25 processing fee. No refund will be issued if cancellation is made 24 hours or less from the start of class or the participant does not arrive to participate in the class without notice.

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time and anyone over 15 minutes late may not be permitted to attend. To be certified a candidate is required to attend all class sessions, participate in all class activities, and demonstrate satisfactory lifesaving skills at the conclusion of class time.

Blended learning class students will be required to bring proof of online completion with them to class. Blended learning students need to achieve a passing score prior to attendance. If you have not and arrive to class you will be turned away as a no show. Please give yourself enough time to complete the online portion of the course which is generally described as 1 to 2.5 hours.
